“ A lovely restaurant serving great pizza and spritz. Very authentic Italian atmosphere and music. If you’re looking for a good place for a reasonable priced dinner in Bournemouth, I’d definitely recommend it. Best tirimisu I’ve had outside Italy ”
“ The ambiance is delightful as you enter. The wood fire pizza oven is the first thing to greet you, followed by the kind staff. The decor really tries to take you to Italy. The 2 for 1 Aperol drinks were kindly topped up with extra aperol, without even requesting more. The food was fresh and looked almost as good as it tasted. The pizza was some of the best I’ve had locally and the carbonara was creamy and a delight. Would definitely recommend this hidden pizza! ”
“ I read all the good reviews before deciding to have pizza here as I haven't had one for ages. The staff are nice, but the music is too loud and definitely didn't sound in any way Italian. They make the dough in house, which is appreciated, but the pizza was just so dry! I've never really had a dry pizza before...dry dough, not enough sauce or cheese, dry chicken. It tasted OK, but I needed extra tomato sauce to dunk it into. Not an authentic Italian place and one to avoid, sadly. ”
“ We wanted to have an Italian dinner and we chose well as we had the best pasta. Lovely atmosphere and service and for sure we will comeback next time when we will be in Bournemouth ”
“ We popped in for dinner on a weekday. Aside from us, there were only three other groups. We ordered two pizzas — Meat Festival and Diavolo. Both tasted good, though I wasn’t a fan of the sausages on the Meat Festival, and the Diavolo surprisingly wasn’t spicy at all. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the food, which felt a bit long given how quiet the place was. They were also out of fresh orange juice and only offered basic bagged tea. The restaurant feels a bit dated — there was no soap in the toilet, and the interior could use a refresh. That said, the food was decent and reasonably priced overall. ”
“ I ate here after a visit to the cinema. My family ordered 2 pasta dishes and a pizza. We enjoyed them all thoroughly. Our waiter was very kind and helped us learn some Italian. Definitely worth a visit. ”
